LLM Avalanche Bilbao

The LLM Avalanche Bilbao follows the first biggest, shortest, deepest technical meetup on LLMs, held in San Francisco in June: avalanche.fm.

The format of the meetup in Bilbao is different as most attendees, speakers, and participants will be coming to town for OSS Summit EU.  However, we strive to bring in local voices and are connecting with the local academia, startups, enterprises and government to see how locals are wrapping their minds around LLMs just as everyone else around the world.

We extend invitations to Generative AI enthusiasts in LFAI and PyTorch who are coordinating Linux Foundation initiatives in the area.  Let us use this opportunity to network and plan together.

The areas of interest include all aspects of OSS Generative AI:

• Model training, serving, observability
• Data preparation and cleaning
• Application frameworks
• Enterprise integration
• Trusted, Responsible, Ethical AI
• OSS AI licenses
• And more

TENTATIVE AGENDA:

• 10:00 – Coffee and light breakfast
• 11:00 – Introductions and plenary session, speakers TBD, defining workstream breakouts
• 13:00 – lunch (on your own)
• 14:00 – breakouts
• 16:00 – plenary session, breakouts report
• 17:00 – wrap-up and going to a bar to celebrate!
